Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Boyach LLC ("we", "us"), which operates SmartRegistryAI: Deal Scout (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

You give us a product link and confirm the item's details. We search approved product-data sources for listings of the exact same item and show results that meet our exact-match rules, with the price and time each source reported. The Service is on-demand research. It does not watch prices over time, send price-drop alerts, or buy anything for you.

2. Prices and availability

  • Prices, shipping and availability come from third-party sources and can change at any time. The price the retailer shows at checkout is the one that applies.
  • Each result shows when its source reported it. We don't promise that any price is current, complete or the lowest available.
  • Retailers set their own prices, stock, shipping, returns and warranties. Purchases are between you and the retailer.

3. Exact matches

We show a "Verified exact match" only when a source's identifiers and variant details meet our rules (described on our Disclosures page). Product data supplied by sources can still be wrong. Check the size, color, model, quantity, seller and condition on the retailer's page before you buy. If a result isn't the same item, mark it "Not the same item" so we can fix it.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe to Plus.
  • Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account.
  • Give accurate information, and use the Service only for your own shopping research.

5. Plans and billing

  • Free: 3 searches per calendar month.
  • Plus: $6.99 per month for up to 100 searches per calendar month. Plus is not unlimited.
  • A search is one request to find an exact match for an item. Unused searches don't roll over.
  • Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll look at it.
  • We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access the Service with bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or try to get around plan limits;
  • resell, republish or build a database from results;
  • interfere with, probe or break the Service's security;
  • use the Service to break any law or anyone's rights.

7. Affiliate links

Some retailer links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect whether something counts as an exact match or the order of results. See Disclosures.

8. Our property

The Service, its software and its design belong to Boyach LLC. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or any retailer unless we say so.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Boyach LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost savings or purchases you made based on a result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

11. Disputes

Please contact us first at support@smartregistryai.click; most issues can be fixed quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute within 60 days, you and Boyach LLC agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Boyach LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service at risk.

14. Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here and update the date above. For material changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
